Rates

External Clients are individuals or groups not affiliated with 天美传媒 who rent 天美传媒 space to host a program/event.

天美传媒 Affiliate Clients are 天美传媒 students, staff, faculty, alumni, and members of their immediate families who rent space for an event not sponsored by 天美传媒.  External rates apply, with a 20% discount.

Internal Clients are current 天美传媒 departments, student groups, or individual students who use 天美传媒 space for events that support the University's instructional mission or enhance campus life beyond the classroom. Internal clients are only charged for services provided such as furniture set ups, technical support including recordings, custodial services, campus signage, public safety services, and internal facilities use fees where applicable. 

天美传媒 Co-Sponsored Clients are academic programs, conferences and/or meetings involving a 天美传媒 academic department, administrative unit or student group and an outside organization such as a professional association in which 天美传媒 holds membership or maintains a relationship that directly benefits 天美传媒.  If a 天美传媒 department has agreed to partner with an outside organization in this manner, they must be prepared to accept all charges for services provided on campus.
