Rates

External Clients are individuals or groups not affiliated with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ who rent ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ space to host a program/event.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Affiliate Clients are ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ students, staff, faculty, alumni, and members of their immediate families who rent space for an event not sponsored by ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½.  External rates apply, with a 20% discount.

Internal Clients are current ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ departments, student groups, or individual students who use ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ space for events that support the University's instructional mission or enhance campus life beyond the classroom. Internal clients are only charged for services provided such as furniture set ups, technical support including recordings, custodial services, campus signage, public safety services, and internal facilities use fees where applicable. 

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Co-Sponsored Clients are academic programs, conferences and/or meetings involving a ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ academic department, administrative unit or student group and an outside organization such as a professional association in which ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ holds membership or maintains a relationship that directly benefits ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½.  If a ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ department has agreed to partner with an outside organization in this manner, they must be prepared to accept all charges for services provided on campus.
